She transitioned to Morgan Stanley India in 1994, ascending to the role of head of investment banking in 1997. Her tenure at HSBC began in 2002 when she joined HSBC Securities and Capital Markets. As a key executive, she oversaw various operations, including insurance, asset management, and global service centres, until her retirement from the firm in 2015.
