Early Career and Development
Born on 4 March 1997 in the Al-Ahsa Oasis, Al-Hassan developed his skills through the youth system at Al-Fateh. His transition to professional football occurred on 17 February 2018 during a league match against Al-Ittihad, where he entered the field as a substitute for Abdelkader Oueslati. Shortly thereafter, on 6 March 2018, he recorded his first professional goal during a 5–2 victory over Al-Batin. His inaugural season concluded with five appearances.

Following his first season, Al-Hassan faced a physical setback when he required surgery in Germany on 20 November 2018. The procedure sidelined him for one month, but he successfully returned to match fitness on 21 December 2018 against Al-Ettifaq. Demonstrating long-term commitment, he signed a five-year contract with Al-Fateh on 5 January 2019. During his second season as a first-team player, he participated in 16 matches and registered a goal against Al-Fayha.
Success with Al-Nassr and International Play
Upon joining Al-Nassr, Al-Hassan expanded his collection of titles, including the 2020 Saudi Super Cup and the 2023 Arab Club Champions Cup. He also contributed to the club's success in the 2025–26 Saudi Pro League. His international experience includes participation in the 2020 Summer Olympics men's tournament hosted in Japan in 2021. Throughout his career, he has represented the Saudi Arabia national team, the under-23 squad, and the Olympic team.
