Born on May 30, 1990, in the Yeongdeungpo District of Seoul, Im Yoon-ah pursued performance training starting in 2002 through the SM Saturday Open Casting Audition. Her professional breakthrough arrived in 2008 with the lead role of Jang Sae-byuk in You Are My Destiny, which achieved peak viewership ratings of 41.5 percent. This role garnered her Best New Actress awards at both the KBS Drama Awards and the 45th Baeksang Arts Awards.
Domestic and International Screen Success
