Ahmed Hegazi (born 1991) is an Egyptian association football player. He was born in Ismailia on 25 January 1991.

Ahmed Hegazi competed in association football as a centre-back. His career took in ACF Fiorentina (2012–2015), 3 appearances, Ismaily SC (2009–2012), 28 appearances and 1 goal, A.C. Perugia Calcio (in 2015), 10 appearances, Al Ahly SC (from 2015) and the Egypt national under-20 football team (2009–2011), 13 appearances and 5 goals. That career was played out in Premier League. The active career dates from 2009.

Ahmed Hegazi took part in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and football at the 2012 Summer Olympics – men's tournament.
