Tomasz Kuszczak (born 1982) is a Polish footballer. Kuszczak was born in Krosno Odrzańskie on 20 March 1982.

Kuszczak competed in association football as a goalkeeper. The clubs and national sides on that record are Hertha BSC II (2000–2004), 87 appearances, Watford F.C. (in 2012), 13 appearances, Manchester United F.C. (2006–2007), 6 appearances, Hertha BSC (2001–2004) and West Bromwich Albion F.C. (2004–2007), 31 appearances. That career was played out in Premier League. He had begun working by 2000.

Kuszczak appeared at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
