He transitioned to project leadership with The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard in 1998, subsequently overseeing the critical success of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind in 2002. He expanded his scope to include the Fallout series, serving as director and executive producer for Fallout 3 in 2008.
