While based in Moscow, the company focused on developing software for the Apple Newton. Upon establishing a presence in Silicon Valley in 1992, he oversaw the creation and distribution of Calligrapher, a program designed to manage handwritten input for tablets and touchscreens. Parascript and Evernote
In 1996, Parascript emerged as a spin-off from ParaGraph.
