Park Jung-yang (1872–1959) was a South Korean Korean Joseon dynasty and Japanese-ruled Korean bureaucrat, politician, liberalism and social activists. He was born in Yangju on 3 May 1872. He died in Daegu on 23 April 1959, at the age of 87.
Park held office as member of the House of Peers.
Park received Order of the Sacred Treasure, 1st Class. He was educated at Aoyama Gakuin.
