Oleksandr Shovkovskyi (born 1975) is an Ukrainian footballer and association football coach. He was born in Kyiv on 2 January 1975.

Oleksandr Shovkovskyi competed in association football as a goalkeeper. The clubs and national sides on that record are FC Dynamo-3 Kyiv (1992–1993), 16 appearances, FC CSKA Kyiv (in 1993), 2 appearances, FC Dynamo Kyiv (1993–2016), 426 appearances, FC Dynamo-2 Kyiv (1993–2006), 31 appearances and the Ukraine national under-21 football team (1993–1997), 12 appearances. The active career dates from 1993.

Oleksandr Shovkovskyi received Order of Merit (Ukraine), 3rd class. He took part in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

Oleksandr Shovkovskyi married Shovkovska-Firsova Vlasta Volodimirivna.
