Between 1991 and 1996, Skrypka resided in France, where he adapted the band's lineup to include French musicians. Upon returning to Kyiv in 1996, he focused on sustained domestic and international touring, with performances in London, Riga, Lisbon, and Toronto.

Skrypka established the Krayina Mriy festival in 2004, leveraging the success of his earlier music to facilitate educational and publishing initiatives.
