Nong Duc Manh (born 1940) is a former General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He was born in Bắc Kạn on 11 September 1940.
Nong held office as member of the National Assembly of Vietnam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (2001–2011) and Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam (1992–2001).
Nong received Pushkin Medal, Order of Friendship and Order of José Martí. He studied at Saint Petersburg State Forest Technical University.
Nong married Đỗ Thị Huyền Tâm. He had one recorded child, Nông Quốc Tuấn.
