Noor Jehan

Pakistani singer and actress (1920–2000)

Noor Jehan (1926–2000) was a Pakistani singer and actress. Jehan was born in Kasur on 21 September 1926. She died in Karachi on 23 December 2000, at the age of 74.

The output is classed under Indian film music, qawwali and classical music. The active career dates from 1930.
