Narges Mohammadi (born 1972) is an Iranian human rights activist. Mohammadi was born in Zanjan on 21 April 1972.
Mohammadi worked in activism. She was attached to Defenders of Human Rights Center.
The honours on record include Nobel Peace Prize (2023), Per Anger Prize (2011), Andrei Sakharov Prize (2018), BBC 100 Women (2022) and International Alexander Langer Award (2009). Mohammadi studied at Imam Khomeini International University.
