Professional Club Trajectory

His national team career commenced in 1999 during the FIFA Confederations Cup, where he first represented Saudi Arabia in a semi-final against Brazil. He participated in international tournaments throughout the early 2000s. During a 2006 match against Tunisia, Noor delivered a decisive assist to Al-Qahtani, which resulted in a 1–1 tie, despite Noor suffering from influenza at the time.
Awards and Recognition
Noor received numerous accolades for his performance on the pitch. He was named the Arabian Footballer of the Year in 2003 and served as the Most Valuable Player during the 2002 Arab Nations Cup. Between 2000 and 2010, an MBC group poll recognized him as the Arab Player of the Decade. Additionally, he was selected as the best player in Saudi Arabia in 2010 and received a nomination for Asian Footballer of the Year in 2009.
