Invented when she was only 16 years old during a school fashion project, this patented device established her as the youngest inventor in Estonia and set a pattern for her subsequent pursuits in media and technology sectors.
Early Career in Media
Hindriks shifted her focus to the television industry in 2006, initially working in marketing and public relations for MTV Baltics. Her rapid ascent within the organization culminated in her appointment as CEO of MTV Estonia. At 23, she became the youngest person ever to hold that title at an MTV branch. Her broadcast expertise expanded in 2009 when she took on a mandate from Fox to launch their television channels across the Baltic States, successfully introducing seven different channels to the regional market.

After graduating in International Business Administration from the Estonian Business School in 2008, Hindriks continued her academic development at Singularity University in California. It was during this 2012 programme that she conceived the business model for Jobbatical. The venture was established in 2014 as a platform designed to bridge the gap between global technical and media talent and organizations seeking specialized employees.

Jobbatical experienced significant user growth, expanding to serve more than 100,000 individuals across 50 countries. The business model underwent a structural change in 2022, transitioning from a general relocation platform to one focused specifically on immigration technology. This shift aimed to facilitate paperless worker migration, a move supported by an 11.6 million Euro capital raise.
