Abdullah of Pahang (born 1959) is a Malaysian monarch. He was born in Pekan on 30 July 1959.
Abdullah of Pahang competed in polo. He served as Yang di-Pertuan Agong (2019–2024), Sultan of Pahang (from 2019) and Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA (from 2019).
Abdullah of Pahang was awarded Most Excellent Order of the Royal Family of Malaysia (2019), Grand Cross of the Order of Saint-Charles (2023) and Order of State of Republic of Turkey (2022). He was elected to Pahang royal family. He was educated at Aldenham School, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Worcester College.
Abdullah of Pahang was the son of Ahmad Shah III of Pahang and Queen Afzan of Pahang. He married Queen Azizah of Pahang. He had four recorded children, Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah, Tengku Ahmad Iskandar Shah, Tengku Muhammad Iskandar Ri’ayatuddin Shah and Tengku Ahmad Ismail Mu’adzam Shah. He is recorded as following Sunni Islam.
