As the founder and former CEO of Freightos, Schreiber focused on creating a digital booking platform for international ocean and air freight. He positioned the service as a logistics counterpart to consumer travel booking sites. During his tenure, the company acquired WebCargo, a platform serving airlines and freight forwarders, and initiated the Freightos Baltic Index to track global containerized shipping pricing. Schreiber departed his role as CEO in January 2026 and resigned from the board in February 2026. By June 2026, he maintained a 6.1 percent ownership stake in the firm.
