Artistic Foundations and Education
Born in 1985 in Espoo, Keisteri pursued formal education at the Lahti Institute of Design. His initial focus on photography shifted during his academic tenure as he realized his inclination toward broader visual arts. He subsequently established himself as a video artist, dancer, and gallery operator, founding the Kalleria venue in the Kallio district of Helsinki.

Keisteri developed two distinct artistic outlets: the character Ukkeli and the Windows95man persona. Introduced in 2008, Ukkeli is a fictional figure inspired by masculinity and Greek statuary, featuring prominently in prints, paintings, and apparel. His 2016 publication, History of Ukkeli, further documented this project. The Windows95man persona later materialized as a satirical homage to the 1990s, gaining international exposure after electronic artist Evian Christ shared images of the project online.
Musical Evolution and Eurovision
Beyond his solo DJ work, Keisteri participates in the 1980s-style dark pop band Peu. His prominence in the electronic scene led to his involvement in the 2024 Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu. Performing the track No Rules! with Henri Piispanen, the duo secured 313 points, primarily through televoting support. At the 2024 Eurovision Grand Final on 11 May 2024, the performance earned 38 total points, placing them 19th in the final standings.
