Taye Taiwo (born 1985) is a Nigerian footballer. Taiwo was born in Lagos on 16 April 1985.
Taiwo competed in association football as a full-back. His career took in Ifeanyi Ubah F.C., Queens Park Rangers F.C. (in 2012), 15 appearances and 1 goal, Lobi Stars F.C. (2003–2005), Olympique de Marseille (2005–2011), 192 appearances and 17 goals and FC Dynamo Kyiv (2012–2013), 20 appearances. That career was played out in Premier League. He had begun working by 2003.
Taiwo appeared at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations, the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations.
