Early Life and Training
Born in Moscow on 21 November 1927, Nosova pursued professional performance training at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography. She completed her studies at this institution in 1950, preparing for a career in the national film industry of the Soviet Union. This education provided the technical foundation for her subsequent work in a period defined by changing production standards, including lighter camera equipment and an shift toward location shooting.

Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, Nosova became a prominent figure in Soviet comedy. While she worked as both an actor and an animator, her screen performances earned her several accolades. Her professional contributions resulted in the receipt of the Order of the Badge of Honour. Additionally, the state recognized her artistic impact by awarding her the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR and later, in 1992, naming her a People's Artist of the Russian Federation.
Final Years and Death
Following a period of rare film appearances starting in the 1970s, Nosova lived in seclusion within her Moscow apartment. On 6 March 2007, she was discovered unconscious in her residence. She subsequently died on 25 March 2007, at the age of 80, due to brain ischemia. Her remains were cremated, and the urn containing her ashes was interred at the columbarium of the Vagankovo Cemetery.
