His repertoire features Verdi, with appearances in Simon Boccanegra in 2006 and 2008, as well as the title role in Don Carlos at the Opéra de Paris in 2008. In 2008, he performed as the Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto and later took on the role of Hoffmann at the Opéra de Paris in 2012. Other notable stage works include a 2013 production of Carmen at La Fenice in Venice, where he sang the part of Don José, and a 2013 performance of Requiem in Budapest.
