Artistic Development and Migration
Born in 1949 in Mediniškiai, Lithuania, Eidrigevičius completed his initial training at the College of Fine Arts and Crafts in Kaunas in 1968. By 1973, he attained his degree from the Vilnius Academy of Art. He moved to Poland in 1980, establishing a base in Warsaw from which he expanded his practice across multiple disciplines. His work in book illustration gained early acclaim through consistent success at the Biennial of Book Art in Bratislava, where he received a Gold Plaque in 1979, 1981, and 1989, followed by a Grand Prix in 1991. He also secured a Grand Prix for book illustration in Barcelona in 1986.

Eidrigevičius received numerous accolades throughout his career, reflecting his status in the fields of graphic art and painting. His awards include the Paszport Polityki, the Silver Brush in 1990, and the 1994 Gold Medal in Toyama, Japan.
