Soufiane El Bakkali (born 1996) is a Moroccan male steeplechase runner. He was born in Fez on 7 January 1996.

Soufiane El Bakkali was awarded Commander of the Order of the Throne (2024). He took part in the 2014 African Championships in Athletics – men's 3000 metres steeplechase, the 2018 African Championships in Athletics – men's 3000 metres steeplechase, athletics at the 2016 Summer Olympics – men's 3000 metres steeplechase and athletics at the 2020 Summer Olympics – men's 3000 metres steeplechase.
