Nordahl Grieg

Norwegian author (1902–1943)

Nordahl Grieg (1902–1943) was a Norwegian writer, poet and journalist. Grieg was born in Bergen on 1 November 1902. He died in Kleinmachnow on 2 December 1943, at the age of 41.

Grieg is best known for Til Ungdommen. He had begun working by 1922.

Grieg was elected to Norwegian Association for Women's Rights and Friends of the Soviet Union. He studied at Bergen Cathedral School, Wadham College and University of Oslo.

Grieg was the son of Peter Lexau Grieg and Helga Grieg. He married Gerd Grieg.
