Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf (born 1961) is an Iranian conservative politician, professor, and former air force pilot. He was born in Torqabeh on 23 September 1961.
Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf held office as Mayor of Tehran (2005–2017), Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (from 2020), Member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (2020–2024) and president (2004–2005). He was attached to University of Tehran.
Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf received Order of Fath, 2nd class and Order of Fath, 3rd class. He was educated at University of Tehran (bachelor's degree), Islamic Azad University (master's degree) and Tarbiat Modares University (Doctor of Philosophy).
