Mehmet Topal (born 1986) is a Turkish association football player. Topal was born in Malatya on 3 March 1986.

Topal competed in association football as a midfielder. The clubs and national sides on that record are Valencia CF (2010–2012), 43 appearances and 1 goal, Dardanel Spor A.Ş.
