Medhi Lacen (born 1984) is an Algerian footballer. Lacen was born in Versailles on 15 March 1984.

Lacen competed in association football as a defensive midfielder. He turned out for Getafe CF (from 2011), Racing de Santander (2008–2011), 100 appearances and 4 goals, Deportivo Alavés (2005–2008), 86 appearances, ASOA Valence (2004–2005), 35 appearances and Stade Lavallois (2003–2004), 4 appearances. The active career dates from 2005.

Lacen took part in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
