Finnish politician and Prime Minister (1890–1952)

Mauno Pekkala (1890–1952) was a Finnish politician and Prime Minister. Pekkala was born in Sysmä on 27 January 1890. He died in Helsinki on 30 June 1952, at the age of 62.

Pekkala held office as member of the Parliament of Finland (1927–1952), Prime Minister of Finland (1946–1948), Minister of Finance (1939–1940) and Minister of Finance (1940–1941).

Pekkala was educated at University of Helsinki.
