Early Development and Spanish Tenure
At age 15, Cadamuro entered the Sochaux youth system, spending three seasons with their reserve squad. In 2008, he transitioned to Spain, joining Real Sociedad. After three years with the B team, he moved to the first squad under manager Philippe Montanier. During the 2011–12 campaign, he recorded 19 league appearances, helping the team secure a 12th-place finish. He later signed a contract extension in 2013 before completing loan spells at Mallorca and Osasuna.

Although eligible to represent France and Italy, Cadamuro opted for the Algeria national team. Vahid Halilhodžić called him up in early 2012, and he debuted against Gambia on 29 February. He remained involved in the international setup, participating in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments. During the 2014 FIFA World Cup, he was named to the 23-man roster, earning a yellow card against Russia despite not playing. His only international goal occurred on 11 January 2015 against Tunisia.
European Journeys
Post-Spain, Cadamuro moved to the Swiss Promotion League with Servette in 2016, where he debuted against SC Kriens. He returned to French football in 2017 with Nîmes Olympique, scoring against Tours FC in September. Further stints included a return to Spain with Gimnàstic de Tarragona in 2018, followed by a move to Concordia Chiajna in Romania. His later career included appearances for Athlético Marseille and Istres, alongside a period with the Greek club Volos.
