Global recognition followed in 1983 when she was cast as Domino Petachi in the James Bond entry Never Say Never Again. Her subsequent performance in the 1984 film The Natural earned her a Golden Globe nomination. Throughout the mid-1980s, she collaborated with directors such as Blake Edwards in The Man Who Loved Women and Blind Date, and Robert Altman in Fool for Love.
