Kasper Dolberg made his senior professional debut for Silkeborg on 17 May 2015, appearing as a substitute during a Danish Superliga match against Brøndby. Early Career and Move to Ajax
Discovered by scout John Steen Olsen, Dolberg signed a three-year deal with Ajax originating from Silkeborg. He debuted for the Amsterdam club in July 2016 during a Champions League qualifier. His initial domestic impact was swift; in August 2016, he scored two goals against Roda JC and later became the youngest non-Dutch player to score an Eredivisie hat-trick for Ajax in a match against NEC in November 2016.

In August 2019, Dolberg transferred to the French club Nice for 20.5 million euros. His debut season saw him lead the team in scoring with 11 goals, earning him the fan-voted player of the season award. Subsequent years included temporary moves to Sevilla in La Liga and Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, providing varying levels of exposure across top-flight European football.
Stint in Belgium and Return to Amsterdam
Dolberg joined the Belgian club Anderlecht in July 2023 under the management of Brian Riemer. His tenure included notable scoring form, highlighted by four goals against Gent in April 2025 and individual recognition as the Belgian Player of the Month in November 2024. In September 2025, he returned to Ajax, signing a contract scheduled to last until 2029.
International Participation
After representing Denmark at various youth levels, Dolberg debuted for the senior team in November 2016 against Kazakhstan. He was part of the squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the UEFA Euro 2020 tournament. During the latter, he scored twice against Wales in the round of 16 and added a third goal against the Czech Republic in the quarter-finals.
