Early Career and Personal Challenges
Grosicki developed as a player within the Pogoń Szczecin youth system, joining the reserve team in 2005. He made his debut for the senior squad on 6 May 2006 against Arka Gdynia. During his subsequent tenure at Legia Warsaw, which began in June 2007, he encountered personal difficulties related to gambling addiction. This period culminated in a month-long rehabilitation program in Stare Juchy at the end of 2007.

His career took him across several leagues, including a loan spell at Swiss club FC Sion in 2008. He later established himself at Jagiellonia Białystok, signing a three-year contract in 2009 after a successful loan period. In 2011, he moved to Turkey to join Sivasspor for 900,000 euros. His progression continued in France with Rennes, where he contributed to a run to the 2014 Coupe de France final, ultimately falling to Guingamp.
English Football and Returning Home
In January 2017, Grosicki transitioned to the Premier League, signing with Hull City. He earned the PFA Fans' Premier League Player of the Month award in April 2017. He later joined West Bromwich Albion in 2020. By 2021, he returned to Pogoń Szczecin on a two-year deal. Following a contract extension in 2023, he assumed the role of team captain and guided the club to the 2024–25 Polish Cup final.
International Representation
Grosicki debuted for the senior Polish national team in a 2008 friendly against Finland. His major tournament history includes appearances at UEFA Euro 2012, 2016, and 2024, as well as the FIFA World Cup in 2018 and 2022. He provided critical assists during Euro 2016 for goals against Switzerland and Portugal, remaining a consistent presence for the squad for nearly two decades.
