Early Development and Domestic Play
Born on 21 June 1988 in Accra, Ghana, Vorsah began his organized football development at Oscar FC in Kpando, situated in the Volta Region. He transitioned to FC Maamobi before securing a contract with Gamba All Blacks F.C. in 2005. By January 2007, his performance attracted the attention of Kumasi-based giants Asante Kotoko. In 2007, Vorsah underwent a trial period with the German club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. The arrangement initially functioned as a loan until June 2008, at which point the club exercised an option to purchase his contract. Over five seasons, he made 110 league appearances and recorded four goals. His involvement across all competitive matches for the club totaled 130 appearances before his departure in 2012.
International Appearances and Tournament Play
Vorsah debuted for the Ghana national team on 21 August 2007 against Senegal, following prior representation for the U-23 Black Meteors squad. His international career included appearances in three Africa Cup of Nations tournaments in 2010, 2012, and 2013, contributing to a runner-up finish in 2010. During the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, he played in the opening match and returned for the team's quarter-final.
Later Club Career
Following his exit from Germany, Vorsah joined Red Bull Salzburg in August 2012, where he secured the Austrian Bundesliga title in the 2013–14 and 2014–15 seasons, along with the 2013–14 Austrian Cup. He later spent time with FC Liefering until 2016. In January 2017, he moved to the Moroccan club ASFAR on a two-year deal. His subsequent career included a stint with the Saudi Arabian side Al Ohod, where he was recognized in the Saudi Professional League team of the week in February 2018.
