Since April 2007, Haslina Taib has served as the chief executive officer of Dynamik Technologies, an information technology firm headquartered in Brunei Darussalam. Before her tenure at Dynamik Technologies, Taib gained extensive international experience working across North America and Europe. Technological Initiatives

At Dynamik Technologies, Taib manages projects aimed at the digital modernization of Brunei. She introduced AKREDI, a platform specifically designed for ASEAN Digital Credentials. Her advocacy extends to the implementation of fintech, blockchain, and low-code applications. Beyond technical implementation, she supports the local ICT ecosystem by fostering skill development in the private sector and implementing youth-focused programs such as Kids Can Code to encourage interest in science and technology.

She currently serves as Chair of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and the ASEAN Digital Transformation Working Group. Domestically, she holds positions on the Universiti Brunei Darussalam Council and the Brunei Darussalam Accounting Standards Council.

Her career in the corporate sector has garnered multiple acknowledgments. Early recognition included the Brunei Women’s Forum Women Achievers in Corporate Sectors Award and the Outstanding Entrepreneur Awards for Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards, both received in 2010. Later distinctions include being named one of Brunei’s 50 Most Influential Women by Inspire in 2014, inclusion on the list of Brunei’s 50 Most Inspiring LinkedIn Icons in 2021, and receiving the title of Asia’s Women Leader and Asia’s Most Inspiring Executive in 2022.
