Grzegorz Krychowiak (born 1990) is a Polish association football player. Krychowiak was born in Gryfice on 29 January 1990.

Krychowiak competed in association football as a midfielder. His career took in FC Nantes (2011–2012), 21 appearances, FC Girondins de Bordeaux (2008–2012), 2 appearances, Stade de Reims (2009–2011), 54 appearances and 4 goals, the Poland men's national football team (2008–2023), 100 appearances and 5 goals and Stade de Reims (2012–2014), 70 appearances and 8 goals. That career was played out in Premier League. The active career dates from 2009.

Krychowiak took part in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup and UEFA Euro 2016.
