Residential and Urban Development

The architect maintained a significant presence in the residential sector of Málaga. His designs included multiple buildings located in Plaza de Spínola and Plaza del Obispo. These sites reflect the broader architectural demands of the era, which required integrating residential utility with the prevailing aesthetic standards of Spanish urban centers. The structure at 3 Calle Marqués de Guadiaro serves as a later case study in the longevity of his design work, as the building underwent extensive reformation starting in 2010 to restore its original condition for use as an architectural center.
