Eiza González Reyna entered the entertainment industry in 2007 by starring in the teen-oriented telenovela Lola...Érase una vez. Since that breakthrough in Mexico City, she has transitioned from a dual career in music and television to holding prominent roles in major American film productions, including Baby Driver, Ambulance, and the science fiction series 3 Body Problem.
Formative Years and Early Education
Born on 30 January 1990, González attended the Edron Academy and the American School Foundation in Mexico City. Her early training included studies at M&M Studio under Patricia Reyes Spíndola and a stint at the Centro de Educación Artística de Televisa. In 2008, she spent time in New York City attending courses at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

Following her success as Lola Valente, González launched a career as a solo artist. She released her debut album, Contracorriente, in 2009, followed by Te Acordarás de Mí in 2012. Her television career expanded with a role in the crime drama Mujeres Asesinas and a starring position in the Nickelodeon sitcom Sueña conmigo, for which she resided in Buenos Aires.
Transition to International Cinema
In 2013, González moved to Los Angeles to advance her English-language acting career. She gained recognition in the United States as Santanico Pandemonium in the television series From Dusk till Dawn: The Series. Her filmography subsequently grew to include Alita: Battle Angel, Bloodshot, and the 2024 action-comedy The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, alongside her appearance in 2025's Ash.
