Duong Van Minh (1916–2001) was a Vietnamese politician. He was born in Mỹ Tho on 16 February 1916. He died in Pasadena on 6 August 2001, at the age of 85.
Duong Van Minh competed in association football. He held office as President of South Vietnam (in 1975).
Duong Van Minh received Gallantry Cross, Croix de guerre des théâtres d'opérations extérieures, Combatant's Cross, Colonial Medal and Médaille militaire. He was educated at United States Army Command and General Staff College.
