He led the national team to victory in the 1998 FIFA World Cup held in Paris and followed this with a title at Euro 2000. Transition to Management
Deschamps launched his managerial career at Monaco, reaching the 2004 UEFA Champions League final. He later returned to Juventus to guide the club through the Serie B title during the 2006-07 season.
