In 2010, Ernotte joined the executive committee of Orange. By 2011, she reached the position of CEO of Orange France, a role she maintained until 2015. During this period, she founded Inov’Elles, an organization focused on supporting women in the workplace. Media Governance and International Roles
Appointed CEO of France Télévisions in 2015, Ernotte became the first woman to lead the organization.
