Carlos Castillo Mattasoglio (born 1950) is a Peruvian priest of Catholic church, archbishop. Castillo was born in Lima on 28 February 1950.
Castillo served as Roman Catholic Archbishop of Lima (from 2019), Grand Chancellor (from 2024), cardinal priest (from 2024) and Grand Chancellor (until 2019). He was attached to Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Castillo took part in the 2025 conclave. He was educated at National University of San Marcos and Pontifical Gregorian University.
