The foundation of the Logosophical Cultural Center in Córdoba on August 11, 1930, marked the beginning of a systematic intellectual project spearheaded by Carlos Bernardo González Pecotche. Operating primarily in Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil, he spent his career developing a body of thought that combined literary output with the establishment of formal pedagogical structures for adult and child learning.
Development of Logosophy
González Pecotche, who utilized the pseudonym Raumsol, initiated his philosophical work in 1930. He dedicated his professional life to the dissemination of logosophical concepts through journals and various publishing formats. Between 1931 and 1939, he served as the editor of the magazine Aquarius, later overseeing the publication Logosofía from 1941 to 1947. His print contributions also included the newspaper El Heraldo Raumsólico, which operated from 1935 to 1938.

His bibliography consists of several works written across various genres throughout the 1950s and early 1960s. Notable titles include 1950's Logosophical Interlude, 1951's An Introduction to the Logosophical Cognition, and 1956's The Mechanism of Conscious Life. In addition to his writing, he founded the Logosophical Educational System. This pedagogy is currently implemented in ten schools located across Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay.
Public Engagement and Final Years
Beyond his writing and school management, González Pecotche conducted over one thousand conferences and classes across South America. He maintained correspondence with international intellectuals and scholars throughout his life. Following his death in 1963 at the age of 62, he was interred at Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires. The city later honored his legacy by naming a plaza near the National Library in his memory and installing a plaque at Portugal Plaza.
