This partnership resulted in several titles, including Någon sorts frid (2009), Bittrare än döden (2010), Innan du dog (2012), Mannen utan hjärta (2013), and Eld och djupa vatten (2015). Alongside these, she worked with Paul Leander-Engström on a trilogy that included Dirigenten från Sankt Petersburg (2013), Handlaren från Omsk (2014), and Den sovande spionen (2016). The adaptation of Dirigenten från Sankt Petersburg reached screens as the television series Moscow Noir.
Solo Success and Industry Recognition
The 2017 publication of After She's Gone solidified her standing in crime literature, earning both the Best Swedish Crime Novel Award and the Glass Key award. Her earlier solo work, The Ice Beneath Her, attracted international interest, leading to the announcement of a film adaptation in 2020 featuring Daisy Ridley in negotiations for the primary role.
