Adam Larsen Kwarasey (born 1987) is a Ghanaian footballer. Kwarasey was born in Oslo on 12 December 1987.

Kwarasey competed in association football as a goalkeeper. He turned out for Strømsgodset IF (2007–2014), 154 appearances, Portland Timbers (from 2015), the Norway national under-21 association football team (in 2008), 1 appearance, the Ghana men's national football team (from 2011) and Vålerenga Fotball (2004–2006). That career was played out in Major League Soccer. The active career dates from 2007.

The honours on record include Kniksen Award for goalkeeper of the year (2013). Kwarasey took part in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.

Strømsgodset IF was founded in 1907 in Drammen.
