Abdallah El Said (born 1985) is an Egyptian association football player. He was born in Ismailia on 13 July 1985.

Abdallah El Said competed in association football as a midfielder. He turned out for Ismaily SC (2004–2011), 140 appearances and 36 goals, Al Ahly SC (2011–2018), 154 appearances and 50 goals, Kuopion Palloseura (in 2018), 7 appearances, Al Ahli FC (in 2018), 14 appearances and 2 goals and Pyramids FC (2019–2023), 126 appearances and 36 goals. That career was played out in Egyptian Premier League. The active career dates from 2004.

Abdallah El Said took part in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
