Munkhshur Narmandakh

Munkhshur Narmandakh is a mental from Mongolia. Munkhshur Narmandakh won the WMSC World Memory Championships twice, in Shenzhen in 2017 and in Ulaanbaatar in 2021, the latter contested in competitors' home countries with results combined because of COVID-19 restrictions.

Competitive mental calculation is governed and measured: the Mental Calculation World Cup, the Memoriad and the Mind Sports Olympiad all run standardised tasks — adding ten ten-digit numbers, multiplying eight-digit numbers, extracting square roots and computing calendar dates — so results are directly comparable across decades.
