Early Career and Club Development
Güneş began her professional trajectory within the Turkish league system. During the 2016–17 season, she gained experience while on loan to Beşiktaş J.K. Upon returning to her home club, Vakıfbank Istanbul, she secured her first league title in the 2017–18 season. Her performance that year earned her the Vestel Special Prize in the top-level Turkish league.
