Victor Moses

Nigerian association football player (born 1990)

Victor Moses began his professional journey in the Championship with Crystal Palace, marking his senior debut at age 16 in a 1-1 draw against Cardiff City in November 2007. Since that initial appearance, his career has spanned multiple leagues, including significant stints in the Premier League, where he evolved from a young winger into a versatile wing-back for Chelsea.

Early Development and Youth Career

Born in 1990 in Lagos, Nigeria, Moses later moved to the United Kingdom as a child. He attended the Harris Academy in South Norwood and subsequently the fee-paying Whitgift School in Croydon. His early talent became evident while playing for Cosmos 90 FC in the Tandridge League. After being scouted by Crystal Palace, he joined their academy, where his prolific goal-scoring record in youth matches—notably scoring 50 goals for the under-14 side—brought him widespread attention.
