In 1994, Levesque signed with World Championship Wrestling. Initially appearing as Terror Risin', he soon adopted the identity of Jean-Paul Levesque, a character leveraging his real surname and French origins. Levesque joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1995 as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, a character defined by aristocratic etiquette. His profile grew significantly during the Attitude Era as a key member of D-Generation X and The Kliq. Over his career, he achieved 14 world championships, including nine WWF/WWE Championship reigns and five World Heavyweight Championship reigns. He secured victory in the Royal Rumble match in 2002 and 2016, and earned the status of a Triple Crown and Grand Slam winner.
