Sanya Dharmasakti (1907–2002) was a Thai university teacher, lawyer and judge. He was born in Thon Buri on 5 April 1907. He died in Bangkok on 6 January 2002, at the age of 95.
The public offices recorded are judge, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice (1953–1958), President of the Supreme Court of Thailand (1963–1967) and Minister Attached to the Prime Minister's Office of Thailand (1974–1975).
The honours on record include Grand Cross 1st class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit. Sanya Dharmasakti studied at Assumption College and Taweethapisek School.
